How do conjunctions relate to their conjuncts? How, for example, does the proposition relate to the propositions and ? This talk will explore the seemingly bizarre view that the conjunction of two propositions just is those propositions. I will discuss two ways of motivating the view, and whether there is any reason to prefer it to the seemingly incompatible view that the disjunction of two propositions just is those propositions.
