PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Exeter. He has studied Economics at Bocconi University in Milan before receiving an MSc in Philosophy of the Social Sciences from the London School of Economics (2006). His main interests are in the cognitive foundations of social behaviour and the nature of collective intentionality. He is also interested in philosophical issues arising from policy and decision making in the public sector.
